CB LuX Party Bus Terms & Conditions

No illegal substances.
No weapons of any kind.
No standing or dancing on upholstered seats, bar or arm rest.
Most charter bus companies have strict no-smoking policies but CB LuX does allow smoking with caution. Use ashtray! All burns, holes smoking related issues are the responsibility of the client.
No behavior that distracts the driver, such as: touching/tapping the driver, yelling in his ear, smoking or standing past the curtain while Bus is in motion, being unruly or overtly obnoxious towards the driver. Your safety is our concern.
No dangerous intoxication or disorderly conduct such as fighting, verbal abuse, or behavior that could be deemed unsafe. Any of these are grounds for the driver to terminate the charter with no refund.
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol onto or off the bus.
If you do spill, please clean it up right away.
If you wish to bring food you may. Please, no foods that will leave permanent odors such as fish or Jello Shots are allowed but please clean up the mess.
No glitter and confetti.
Please use the party pole in a safe manner by keeping feet on the floor.

Cancellation Request

At CB LUX, we are passionate about creating events that are not only beautiful but also meaningful. From the smallest details to the big picture, we strive and are committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner.

Unfortunately when a customer cancels it prevents another customer from being able to book on that day. No-shows have an impact on our service quality, while punishing customers by not allowing them to book a party on that date that you booked.

For those reasons CB LuX has implemented a cancellation policy that will strictly be observed.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances you can cancel your charter 7 days before your party.

We will refund the total of your charter not including the $250 security deposit.

Cancellation request may be submitted by phone, email or online. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
